Synopsis

The fifth volume of the publication “Philosophy of Science by Young Researchers” brings together articles presented at the 5th Conference of Young Researchers in Philosophy of Science, held in Córdoba in October 2023. The works and comments in the volume contribute to the objective of the JJIFC: to promote local philosophical production, among and for young researchers, on discussions situated in the vast field of philosophy of science. In this sense, both the Conference and the volume aim to strengthen our own construction of knowledge by broadening the horizons of the issues we have been investigating. In this volume, you will find works on general philosophy of science, philosophy of language, philosophy of biology, philosophy of mathematics, and articles that are part of the dossier “Alfred North Whitehead and contemporary science.”
