The Third Human Rights Conference was proposed as a space for building
political and academic discussions about strengthening democratic states and societies
. The publication of the proceedings is an effort to publicize the various
instances of exchange generated with the aim of sharing research, projects, work, and
perspectives on various issues and questions with answers, always partial, about the
potentialities, commitments, and challenges in the construction of democratic life.
