Synopsis

The purpose of this compilation is to disseminate sources that shed light on issues related to the world of work, an expression that refers to a wide range of topics: the actions of trade unions, their ideological orientation, labor parties, material living conditions, cultural frameworks, and the relationships between workers and the state and other social actors. The expression involves the State, from the perspective of institutional construction, through which it acted as a mediator between capital and labor, both to satisfy demands and to apply repressive policies through the security forces.
